Join Karen Haller, author of The Little Book of Colour, to discover the power of colour and the ways it can be used to positively transform how we feel about ourselves and the spaces we live and work in.
She will be sharing insights into the science and psychology of colour, why it can have such a strong impact on our emotions, and she'll also be sharing some simple, practical ways to help anyone reconnect to their love of colour.
Karen will also be signing copies of the book which will be available to purchase after the talk.

We'll be diving into the psychology of colour and colour trends and how we can use colour beyond being just something decorative, but how to use colour to positively enhance wellbeing and create positive change with fashion, interiors and everyday life. Her 30 minute talk is part of a networking event (The Joy Jam Session is run by Lynn Hord) with a difference - a chance to connect heart-to-heart with other conscious women in business which Karen is a member of.
