Join Karen Haller, author of The Little Book of Colour, to discover the power of colour and the ways it can be used to positively transform how we feel about ourselves and the spaces we live and work in.

She will be sharing insights into the science and psychology of colour, why it can have such a strong impact on our emotions, and she'll also be sharing some simple, practical ways to help anyone reconnect to their love of colour.

Karen will also be signing copies of the book which will be available to purchase after the talk.

The Stylish Supper Club: All about Colour

Join author and Applied Colour Psychology Specialist Karen Haller & Dulux Creative Director Marianne Shillingford for a lively Q&A session on all things colour. We all use it in our everyday lives whether we're stylists talking about the colour of the year in a feature or designers working a client's mood board. We'll be diving into the psychology of colour and colour trends and how we can use colour beyond being just something decorative, but how to use colour to positively enhance wellbeing and create positive change with fashion, interiors and everyday life. You'll learn a lot and be inspired in ways to use colour you didn't know existed.

Joy Jam Session: How to Build a Movement

Join Karen who will be sharing her journey and how you too can really known for what you do, to get a solid audience behind you, to get the media excited about what you’re up to in the world. Karen will share what you need to focus on and do, or not do, to keep building on that vision day after day.

Her 30 minute talk is part of a networking event (The Joy Jam Session is run by Lynn Hord) with a difference - a chance to connect heart-to-heart with other conscious women in business which Karen is a member of.
